General Customer Policy
The customer pays for return shipping unless there is shipping damage, in which the shipper pays, of defective material, workmanship, or packaging, in which case Bidets America pays. Customer can cancel orders for standard products at any time until the product is shipped, with no cancellation penalty. If a deposit is required, on custom orders, customers forfeit their deposit if they cancel their orders after a 48-hour window.

Returns
Special orders are subject to returns or exchanges only when shipping damages or defects in workmanship or materials are present. All other orders may be exchanged or returned within 30 days, with the customer as sole responsible for the shipping and handling fees incurred. If the merchandise is not received within 30 days of its original shipping date, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
In case a refund is due to the buyer, once the merchandise has been received in a resalable condition, one will be issued after the deductions of shipping and handling fees have been processed. The customer is responsible for insuring the returned product(s) against loss or damages, and for filing claims with the shipper in the event of product damage sustained during the return process.

1-888-305-2433 Customers pay a 50% deposit on any custom item only. Payments are debited from customers' credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Amex) as soon as they place the order. Customers will receive a confirmation e-mail of shipping date if e-mail address is provided.

Note: What we mean by "custom": Bidets America Corp. defines a "standard" product, as one actively promoted through a catalog or other channels; that a product is assembled to fulfill a customer order does not make it custom.Rather, we define custom products as those built to one customer's specifications.
