TERMS:
All sales payable by cash, credit card or C.O.D. unless
prior credit has been established. This price list does
not include any shipping & handling charges or any
federal, state or local taxes which will be added when
applicable.
WARRANTY:
Bidet Company of America, Inc. warrants its products to be free from
defects in material and workmanship for twelve (12) months
from date of sale to first purchase at retail. Herein
the manufacturer's responsibilities to repair or to exchange
the product is limited during the warranty period, providing
that the product is sent "shipping" prepaid
to the purchaser point. This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear of parts, damage resulting from misuse
of the products or negligence to follow operating instruction. |
